As your counselor, I hope to promote self-awareness and self-confidence. You are my primary focus and therapy is addressing your needs. My emphasis is to help provide peace of mind and coping skills that will help lower stress, anxiety, depression, and other areas of discomfort.
I am passionate about helping others with any form of problem and/or trauma. In therapy, I will provide an environment of respect, compassion, support, and collaboration and a safe place to be heard and understood without judgment. We will work together to overcome your obstacles. I have worked with a variety of clients including, but not limited to, addiction, adolescents, geriatrics, grief, marriage counseling, and mental health problems.
