I am a very passionate, experienced practitioner in this field for nearly 18 years, specializing in complex trauma, anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with individuals roughly between the ages of 20-50 given the unique challenges and adjustments that are commonly experienced in this time of life.

Therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental, unconditionally supportive environment where people can unburden, increase self-understanding and collaboratively heal and grow in line with their personal needs. Whether it is a past hurt, present problem or decision(s) that must be made, I can provide you with a safe and compassionate space combined with skilled expertise in order to help you not only understand yourself better, but also figure out the path that is right for you. Sometimes one enters therapy without a clear sense of what's troubling them, sometimes they've been aware of an issue for some time. Both are just fine. A willingness to be curious about oneself is all you need to begin. I believe in offering the most affordable therapy possible, given that I do not accept insurance plans. This is accomplished through a sliding scale fee structure of $90- $125/session. I provide tele-health sessions M-Ths; in person sessions are available on Fridays. In addition to psychodynamic therapy, I also offer supervision for licensure candidates in the state of Pennsylvania.
