About me
If you know something needs to change but you're not sure how, you're in the right place. Nice to meet you! I’m a Clinical Social Worker who truly loves getting to know my clients and seeing them grow. I believe healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are, and I’ll always meet you there. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your own path.
I know every person is different, so I take a collaborative approach to therapy. In each session, my priority is that you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward being the version of yourself that feels most authentic and empowered.
In our first session, I’ll invite you to share about yourself—your strengths, challenges, and what you’re hoping will change. I draw from a variety of approaches and will tailor our work to what fits you best, knowing there’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels doable and helps you move toward where you want to be.
