About me
I provide online therapy for teens, young adults, and adults who are ready to move beyond overthinking, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in both mental health therapy and school counseling. After spending three years supporting students in a school setting, I transitioned into clinical practice, where I now provide online therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs, blending practical tools with meaningful self-exploration to support lasting growth and change. I often help clients navigate anxiety, life stressors, relationship challenges, and difficult experiences that may still be impacting them today. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I have training in EMDR therapy, which can be a helpful option for processing distressing experiences and reducing their impact on daily life. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to move toward the life they want to create.
