The path to sexual fulfillment can be grueling to navigate alone, and I am happy to explore whatever is on your mind regarding your sexuality, be it pleasure challenges, trauma, sexual or gender identity, non-monogamy, kink, addiction, and everything in between.
Research shows that members of the Queer community experience more trauma, anxiety, depression, and successful suicide attempts than the larger heteronormative society. As a lesbian passionate about trauma healing and helping find congruency with one’s sexual self, I am here to help you find your voice and inner strength wherever you are in your journey.

I integrate neuroscience, trauma research, and mindfulness practices, incorporating innovative treatment approaches such as driving anxiety therapy and expressive arts.
