About me
I have worked in the mental health field for over 16 years. I work with adults, couples and provide group therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, anger, communication, among more.
I have experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic, elementary, middle and high schools, college counseling center and private practice. I have various credentials. I am a board certified Tele-Mental Health Counselor. I am a Certified Grief Informed Counselor. I have training and hold a credential as Certified First Responder Counselor to counsel EMS, Police, Firefighters to name a few. I also hold a certificate as a Certified Anxiety Treatment Counselor. I am well versed in Crisis Counseling and familiar with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
