About me
I am an experienced individual, couple and family therapist who is dedicated to helping clients with anxiety, depression, organizational skills, communication skills, and boundaries, so they can function better daily.
I'm an CBT therapist who takes a systemic approach to client issues. I’ll help you improve your negative thinking patterns, set healthy boundaries with yourself and others, and uncover the root causes your anxiety, anger, depression, guilt or shame, so you can have resolve, feel relief and build self- confidence in your life and relationships!
I offer a nonjudgmental, safe and secure space for clients to work through negative thinking patterns, intense feelings and relationship issues. I specialize in helping to improve esteem, boundaries, and find healing. I am passionate about helping clients with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, parenting struggles, and thinking disorders.
