About me
I have been practicing mental health counseling since 2017. I provide a safe place to explore vulnerabilities without judgement. I work with adults between 25 years old to 65. I have helped many individuals with anxiety, panic, depression, and childhood trauma.
I am a Native American person, my father is Paiute from California and my mother is Pueblo from New Mexico. My first career was spent as an automotive mechanic for many years. I decided to go to college to follow a calling to help others heal. I enjoy working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I have trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing or EMDR to help heal from traumatic memories. I practice from a client centered perspective to provide the individual a safe place to be who they are. If you don't know who you are I can help with that as well.
