About me
I help individuals and couples better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns keeping them stuck through thoughtful, evidence-based therapy grounded in connection and self-awareness.
I’m Marina Randall, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist providing virtual therapy across Texas. I work with adults, couples, parents, and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together while still functioning day to day.
My approach to therapy is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in the belief that symptoms do not exist in isolation. Our experiences, relationships, environments, nervous systems, and past experiences all shape how we move through the world. Rather than focusing only on “fixing” symptoms, I help clients better understand the patterns underneath them so change can feel more meaningful and sustainable.
I often work with clients who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional burnout, people-pleasing, disconnection, conflict, shutdown, or survival mode. Many of the people I work with are highly capable externally while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we work toward building awareness, emotional regulation, self-trust, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection to what feels authentic and grounding.
My background is rooted in social work, which means I value looking at the whole person within the context of their life rather than viewing struggles in isolation. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment-focused work, trauma-informed care, and nervous system regulation while tailoring therapy to the individual in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.
I also specialize in perinatal mental health and support clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum experiences, identity shifts, parenting stress, fertility struggles, and the emotional complexity that can come with major family transitions.
Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, grounded, and easy to talk to. Therapy with me is not about perfection or having the “right” answers. It is about creating space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin responding to life with more clarity, intention, and support.
