About me
I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, individuals, parents, caregivers, and families on their journey toward mental health wellness. I understand that every person and family have their own story, filled with both challenges and moments of joy. My goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where healing and growth can happen.
I believe that every step forward begins with a spark of hope. Whether you face life’s challenges, navigate family dynamics, or support your child’s emotional well-being, you don’t have to do it alone.
Together, we’ll uncover that sense of hope — a belief that things can improve. From there, we’ll take a meaningful journey, working side by side toward healing, growth, and renewed strength. Along the way, I’ll provide compassionate guidance, tailored support, and practical tools to help you reach your goals.
As a mother of three children and someone with lived experience navigating ADHD and learning disabilities, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling. I also know the strength, resilience, and beautiful moments that come from facing those challenges together. I bring not only my professional training but also a deep, personal understanding to my work.
Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, or difficulties at school, or if you’re a parent seeking guidance and support, I’m here to help. Through play therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and family-centered approaches, we’ll work together to build understanding, strengthen connections, and find practical solutions that bring relief and hope.
As my client , you can except the following:
A Safe, Nonjudgmental Space – Therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself, without fear of criticism or judgment. My priority is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and respected.
A Collaborative Approach – I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we’ll work together to find what works best for you and your unique situation. Whether you’re an individual, a parent, or a couple, I tailor therapy to fit your specific needs.
Compassion & Unconditional Positive Regard – No matter what brings you to therapy, you’ll be met with kindness, empathy, and a deep respect for your journey. My role is to support, guide, and empower you—not to judge or criticize.
Engaging & Evidence-Based Techniques – I integrate approaches like:
✔ Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, Parent Child Relationship Therapy,
✔ CBT, DBT & Solution-Focused Therapy
Practical Tools for Lasting Change – Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about real change. You’ll leave each session with insights, tools, and strategies you can apply in daily life to improve communication, emotional regulation, and relationships.
A Strong Therapeutic Relationship – I believe healing happens through relationships. Our work together will be built on trust, honesty, and a shared commitment to your growth.
Hope, Growth & Forward Movement – Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I’m here to help you rediscover hope, build resilience, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful for you.
No matter where you are on your path, I’m here to walk with you. Every person and family have a unique story, and every journey is filled with opportunities for healing and connection. Let’s take that first step together.
