About me
I’m a licensed practitioner in the UK with five years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I’ve worked with clients on a wide range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, intimacy and sexual concerns, communication struggles, low mood, and building self-esteem and confidence. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and aim to offer a supportive space where you can explore what’s going on and move toward positive change.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of approaches to best meet each client’s needs. The foundation of my practice is person-centred, while I may also incorporate psychodynamic, CBT, and existential perspectives depending on what feels most helpful for you.
My priority is to create an open and non-judgmental environment where your thoughts and feelings can be heard and understood. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take those first steps toward change. I am here to walk alongside you, supporting and empowering you on that journey.
My main areas of focus include:
Relationship and couples therapy
Psychosexual concerns
Stress and anxiety
Depression and low mood
Self-esteem and confidence
Past and present trauma
Sexual and intimacy issues
Menopause-related challenges
Family dynamics
