About me
Hi my name is Marilyn and I thank you for taking an interest in my profile. I can understand how daunting it may be to speak to somebody about your inner personal thoughts and feelings, how you truly feel deep down, when your trying to make sense of these thoughts and feelings. But you have made that first step to improving your mental wellbeing. Life has it's ups and downs, the smooth with the rough. However sometimes it may feel like your on pause or stuck and no one understands. Those thoughts ruminate and your feelings can become suppressed. You may even feel numb as you try to navigate through life with these thoughts and feelings that you have not been allowed to express or deny. If your not allowed to express and grow how are you to become that authentic self. I know it may be difficult to picture at times a new way of being. However I can let you know I'm here to listen and help you work through these issues that may have impacted you psychology. I will provide and create a safe space where I hope you will feel safe, listened to and not judged. Building trust in order for the thereupeutic relationship to develop is very important to allow you the freedom to talk about whatever is important to you.
