About me
I specialize in working with Women and BIPOC folx navigating gender-based violence, cultural identity, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is feminist, intersectional, strength-based, and person-centered—focused on honoring your lived experiences while helping you access your inner resilience.
With over 10 years of experience in rape crisis and domestic violence advocacy, and as a first-generation, bilingual Latina, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to our work together. I’m passionate about creating a collaborative space where you feel empowered, validated, and deeply respected.
In our first few sessions, I’ll take the time to understand your story, what brings you to therapy, and what your priorities are for healing and growth. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are seen, heard, and supported. Reach out today!
