I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescence, adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Trauma, pain and Traumatic brain Injury including concussion. As a former Director of an Outpatient Clinic in Mercer County for 17 years, I am have worked with a diverse group of people of differing age and needs including those with acute and chronic symptoms.

I am also a certified Neurofeedback and Neurostimulation practitioner. Both modalities help your brain alter its neuronal firing pattern, leading to improved functioning and symptom reduction.
I take an integrative, holistic, and educational approach to treatment combining my knowledge in neuroscience with other contributing factors, such poor sleep quality, diet and nutrition and environmental factors to determine how they contribute to your cognitive and neurological health. I use CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness techniques to manage the symptoms and help you regulate your central nervous system for emotional stability, reducing critical self-narrative, reducing reactivity and minimizing social withdrawal. You are a participant in this educational and exploratory process.
The journey we take together will provide you with clarity and direction and relieve you of the distress you have been experiencing. Working with me you become self-aware and are able to maintain appropriate boundaries. You will gain insights into the neurobiology of your symptoms and learn skills to manage them.
