About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work focuses on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, while also addressing deeper concerns like self-esteem, anger management, and communication difficulties.
I have 19 years of experience in working with mental health issues including social anxiety, panic disorder, guilt and shame, body image concerns (specifically with those who live in larger bodies), and life transitions such as divorce and separation. I'm also experienced in supporting caregivers managing stress and burnout, as well as helping clients explore their sense of purpose and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My approach is grounded in genuine care and respect for who you are. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace. I'm committed to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with honesty, compassion, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
