Hi, I'm Maribel Perry, founder of Silver Lining Couples & Family Therapy. I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marriage and Family Therapist Associate serving individuals, couples, and families in Dallas and virtually throughout Texas.
I work with couples who want to improve communication, reconnect emotionally, rebuild trust after infidelity, or strengthen their relationship before problems become overwhelming. One of the most common things I see is couples who still love each other but feel trapped in painful patterns that leave both partners feeling unheard and alone.

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy, blending research-backed strategies with warmth, compassion, and practical tools you can use outside the therapy room.
