Hi, I'm Maribel Perry, a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and the founder of Silver Lining Couples & Family Therapy in Dallas.

I work with couples and families who feel stuck. Maybe communication has broken down, trust has been damaged after infidelity, or you've started feeling more like roommates than partners. These struggles are more common than people think, and they don't mean your relationship is beyond repair.

One of the biggest things I've learned is that most couples aren't struggling because they've stopped loving each other. They're struggling because no one ever taught them how to communicate through conflict, understand each other's needs, or reconnect after they've been hurt.

That's where therapy comes in. Together, we'll build practical skills, work through the patterns keeping you stuck, and create a healthier way of relating to each other.
