I provide therapeutic services to anyone seeking help with emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationships, and general life transitions. As an executive coach with over a decade of experience, I have helped hundreds of clients who were striving to reach their full potential in their professional careers. More recently as a mental health counselor, I offer therapeutic guidance using CBT, DBT, and EMDR evidence-based modalities. As a veteran, I understand the stressors of military life and the toll it can take, and I stay current with ongoing education to help military individuals and couples manage their unique stressors. I've also helped couples and families who are working to repair their relationships using a blended Bowen Family Systems, Gottman, and DBT skills based approach. No matter what your purpose or dilemma, I am glad you're here and I am looking forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

My services are by telehealth exclusively. The convenience of telehealth and access to early evenings and weekend hours (in addition to more traditional hours) make getting the services you need convenient. Whether you are new or returning to counseling, I look forward to discussing your strengths, needs, preferences, and goals for therapy in our first session, along with modalities that I recommend to meet your unique needs and preferences.
