About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, teens, and adults in Fresno and the families navigating it all together. My specialty is the space where healing in one person tends to ripple through everyone connected to them. If you are a parent watching your child struggle and not knowing how to help, or a young person carrying anxiety, trauma, or depression that is getting in the way of the life you want, I can help.
I am dedicated to creating a warm, compassionate, and empowering space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. I am a rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) provider and trained in EMDR, with experience in infant mental health, school-based settings, and trauma across all ages. My approach blends CBT, Play Therapy, and relational techniques to meet each person where they are from birth to over 65.
