About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist in Colorado who has been practicing since 2016. I have licenses in both Colorado and California. I have a PhD from Syracuse University and has completed all Ph.D. requirements from American PsychologicalAssociation accredited placements. I completed my Internship at White River Junction Veteran Association and Dartmouth University and Post Graduate work from Loma Linda Veteran Association. I am well-trained in areas of areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment and marital counseling. I use an evidence based approach to my practice of psychology to help ensure that clients are aware of their goals and can track their own treatment success as a way of helping clients recognize progress in their journey toward change and celebrate their true inner power. I do not believe that people are broken just because they are feeling broken. I emphasize use of positive psychology to help empower clients to develop a meaningful relationship with themselves and others so they can find value in their world. Outside of work, I like to spend quality time my son. I enjoy reading books related to fantasy as I believes it is important to let my mind be creative and allow the mind to escape outside of what I know is reality. I love to watch shows that are related to body language and therapy (of course). I really enjoy my son, who shows me every day that innocence is a wonderful aspect of life and helps me realize that the inner child in every one of us is something important and must be cherished.
