About me
I am a mental health practitioner based in Melbourne with 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families across a wide range of clinical and community settings. Over the course of my career, I have worked in hospitals, community health services, schools, and private practice, giving me a broad understanding of the diverse challenges people face throughout different stages of life. I am an accredited member of the AASW and committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains current, evidence-based, and compassionate.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in strength-based, person-centred, and CBT frameworks. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you guiding, supporting, and empowering you to access the strengths and resilience you already carry. I value collaboration and tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
I have extensive experience supporting people with stress and anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting challenges, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence building. I am passionate about helping clients not only cope with difficult circumstances but also develop lasting skills and insights that promote long-term wellbeing. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.
