About me
As a Black woman therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes, particularly young adults and women experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, relationships, and trauma. My approach centers on empowerment, healing, and cultivating self-love through compassionate, culturally responsive care.
My therapeutic practice focuses on addressing critical areas including posttraumatic stress, domestic violence recovery, family dynamics, and personal growth. I understand the unique intersectional experiences of Black women and create a safe, affirming space for healing and transformation.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, I help clients develop resilience, rebuild self-esteem, and create meaningful strategies for emotional wellness. My commitment is to walk alongside you with genuine understanding, respect, and unwavering support as you navigate your healing journey.
