As an EMDR and trauma informed therapist, I am committed to walking alongside others as they discover true healing and joy. I work primarily with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of emotional issues that has them experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, fears and difficulties in their relationships.

My approach
Trained in EMDR, I specialize in helping clients overcome difficult past or present experiences that are not allowing them to show up to their daily lives in a healthy and vibrant way. This could translate into symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, fears or excessive anger. Each of us brings a unique situation to the counseling session. Based on your need, we will work together to implement the best therapeutic approach for you and your desired goals.
