I’m Maria Steiner-Renoir, a trauma-informed and holistic psychiatric nurse practitioner. I help adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma (including complex PTSD), and major life transitions reclaim their vitality and reconnect with themselves. My practice blends the best of conventional psychiatric care with holistic tools like mindfulness, nutritional support, breathwork, and ketamine-assisted therapy.

Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns that no longer serve them. Some are working through past trauma, loss, cultural identity struggles, or a deep desire to live more authentically.
