About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
My approach is rooted in creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster healthy relationships. My advanced training in child and adolescent development, family systems theory, and relational dynamics has equipped me to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, parenting challenges, and communication difficulties.
My clinical work is informed by a respect for the complexity of human relationships and a commitment to cultural humility. Whether supporting a child navigating emotional regulation, guiding adolescents through identity formation, or helping couples and families reconnect and strengthen their bonds, I strive to foster healing, growth, and lasting change.
I view healing as a relational process that begins with feeling seen, heard, and genuinely understood. I prioritize building trust, fostering authenticity, and creating a space where vulnerability is met with empathy, not judgment, to access deeper self-awareness, explore patterns, and take courageous steps toward change.
