About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder and trauma. My mission is to help you overcome life’s challenges and create a life of intention, balance, and authentic connection in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
Feeling stuck, stressed, or disconnected?
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, grief, chronic illness, work-related issues, or relationship struggles, I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space grounded in empathy to help you process emotions, find balance, and heal.
With 23+ years of experience, I work from a person-centered, cognitive-behavioral perspective, tailoring each session to your unique needs while empowering you with practical tools for lasting change. I specialize in supporting Veterans and their families, immigrants, and first-generation Americans navigating integration—finding peace between your family’s cultural values and the U.S. social culture, so you no longer feel emotionally split and can experience belonging in both worlds. I also work with individuals healing from intergenerational trauma, exploring a lack of self-understanding, and breaking free from patterns of not living in alignment with your true self. These challenges can deeply affect your emotional balance, and may lead to feelings of distrust, shame, and resentment—all of which can be addressed in a supportive, healing environment.
Certified in end-of-life counseling, trauma, and trained in EMDR and holistic healing, I help you release past wounds and create a life filled with intention, self-compassion, and authentic connection.
Your healing journey can start today.
