About me
I’m a person-centered therapist who creates a safe space for women and young adults to explore their stories, understand roots of emotional pain, and move forward with greater compassion, clarity, and confidence.
Life has a way of writing chapters we never expected. Some leave us carrying beauty, while others leave us carrying burdens—and many hold both at the same time. I believe every person carries a story worth understanding, and that your experiences, feelings, and the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide deserve a safe place to be explored.
I offer a warm, person-centered space where you can slow down, feel seen and heard, and make sense of the experiences that have shaped you. I work with women and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional wounds, self-worth, difficult relationships, life transitions, and patterns that may feel difficult to understand or change. My approach integrates CBT, IFS-informed techniques, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, creative practices, and faith integration upon request.
My hope is not simply that you learn to manage difficult emotions, but that you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your story. Together, we can gently explore what lies beneath the surface while building practical tools for coping, resilience, and meaningful change. I hope you leave feeling more grounded, valued, and confident as you move through life's challenges—with greater compassion for yourself and hope for what lies ahead.
If you're not sure where to begin, that's okay. You don't have to have your story figured out before you walk through the door. We can begin wherever you are, one gentle step at a time.
