About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist with Mindful Healing LLC in Lake Geneva, WI. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults helping them cope with anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, psychosis, phobias, anger, grief, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal/homicidal ideation.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin and a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I typically use a person-centered therapeutic approach with my clients that allows them to feel safe, comfortable, and heard in the counseling space. I often utilize other evidence-based practices including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and strength based therapy to help my clients make positive changes in their lives.
