About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or past trauma? Do you struggle with navigating cultural expectations, systemic barriers, or generational trauma? You don’t have to go through it alone. Healing is possible, and I am here to support you on that journey.
I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Washington State Approved Supervisor, passionate about creating spaces for healing and growth. Through individual therapy for youth and adults, group therapy, and clinical supervision, I strive to support both clients and the next generation of mental health professionals.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Administration and Policy from the University of Washington in 2014, following my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work in 2011. With extensive experience treating individuals; I specialize in working with trauma survivors, particularly those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, emotional and physical abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and grief, including survivor’s guilt.
My work is deeply rooted in serving individuals and communities of color, addressing the effects of oppression, discrimination, generational trauma, and systemic barriers. I have spent much of my career in community health centers and mental health organizations, supporting immigrant and refugee populations as they navigate cross-cultural challenges, institutional expectations, and the internalized impact of discrimination.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered, creating a therapeutic space where healing and empowerment are possible.
