About me
I work with clients in transforming their emotional pain into opportunity for growth. Clients work with me in reducing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges. I help my clients in replacing old coping skills with better and insightful new methods, creating new connections and mindsets.
I have been working with individuals, couples and families for three decades and have enjoyed being present for many incredible “Aha” moments. My training in family mental health, Systems Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, mindfulness and Zen meditation ( to name a few) has been instrumental in making helpful connections with clients.
If you would like to meet with me, feel free to look at my calendar. If there is a specific time you need and don't see it, feel free to message me and I can look into alternative times that may be more convenient for you.
