About me
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma? I work with teens and adults through a trauma informed approach, to build practical coping skills, while working through difficult life experiences.
When life feels this heavy, it can be hard to know where to start or how to move forward. Often times those I work with are looking for support and practical tools to help them feel more stable and in control of their lives. Many of the people I work with want to better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and begin to feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.
I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and support meaningful change through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Therapy with me focuses not only on processing your experiences, but also on developing strategies that can help you manage stress, emotions, and difficult situations in daily life.
Clients often describe my style as gentle, honest, and supportive. I strive to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and comfortable being open about what you’re experiencing while we work together toward your goals. If you're considering therapy, you're welcome to reach out by phone or email to see whether working together might be a good fit.
