About me
I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience. I support youth, teens, and adults through anxiety, depression, anger, and burnout using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, EMDR, and person-centered therapy. My approach is tailored, compassionate, and grounded in cultural understanding.
My approach to working with clients is warm, direct, and compassionate. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood, allowing us to explore solutions and foster growth collaboratively. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailored to meet each individual's unique needs.
I draw on person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused perspectives to empower my clients and identify their innate resources for change. My focus is always on fostering resilience, building self-awareness, and supporting clients in achieving their personal goals. I am open-minded, non-judgmental, and genuinely care about helping you navigate life's challenges and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
My goal is to offer a safe space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Healing is not linear, and you don't have to do it alone. If you're ready to take that next step, I would be honored to support you in your journey.
