As a counselor, I promise to be there for you every step of your journey in therapy. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

I’m a therapist who believes that insight is only as useful as the safety we feel in using it. I support clients—especially high-masking adults, neurodivergent folks, and those recovering from people-pleasing or coercive dynamics—in reclaiming their own pace, power, and needs. My work is grounded in disability justice, parts work, interoception, and nervous system literacy. Therapy with me often includes clarity, spaciousness, and tools that respect both your capacity and complexity.

I work with women and children because I am fiercely protective of these populations in my own life. There is a term in the therapy world called “wounded healer.” This term is from Carl Jung and research suggests that upwards of 70% of counselors and psychologist have had their own “wounding” experiences which led them to their career path. I work with these populations because my counselors and psychologists growing up helped me see through the fog of abusive parenting and romantic relationships. They helped me grow and heal, doing the only thing that they could- providing a safe space for me to cry, vent, be sorrowful, and share in my growth and successes. They were there to remind me who I was when I had forgotten. I am a counselor to be able to provide the same safety and security for you or your child.
