Hi, I’m Margo Tirado, MA, LCPC — a psychotherapist with more than 30 years of experience helping women move from self-doubt, anxiety, and overwhelm into lives that feel grounded, confident, and truly their own.

I’m a seasoned psychotherapist with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in EFT, somatic therapy, anxiety, and trauma. Over the years, I’ve sat with hundreds of women who felt exactly where you are now, and I’ve witnessed the remarkable changes that become possible in the right therapeutic space.
