About me
I help women who feel that they are stuck in the same unhappy relationships over and over again. If this is you, I can help you break free from toxic relationships and heal, all while bringing positive relationships into your life.
Do you feel like you attract bad relationships into your life?
Have you experienced emotional or physical abuse at the hands of your partner or family member? Are you concerned your partner may be a narcissist or you have been subject to narcissistic abuse?
Are you ready to find your perfect partner but only seem to find men who are dishonest, and emotionally unavailable?
I help women who feel that they are stuck in the same unhappy relationships over and over again. If this is you, I can help you break free from toxic relationships and heal, all while bringing positive relationships into your life.
My approach is solution-focused and results-oriented. Together we will focus on what is happening in your here and now to build increased understanding, awareness, and strength to move toward your best life yet.
I provide a therapeutic style that is both supportive and upfront. I emphasize honesty and clarity while creating a safe place for clients. I offer validation for your struggles but at the same time, will provide direct feedback and challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking or behavior when necessary.
