About me
As your therapist, Maggie will meet you where you are at, both in your life and in the moment. She will listen to your cares and concerns and focus on your agenda, working with you to improve your self-knowledge, while applying strategies to manage life on your terms. Maggie welcomes individuals, families, and couples, having the training and flexibility to work with nearly any circumstance that may arise. Maggie completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central Washington University, and her Master of Arts in Existential Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology from Seattle University.
Maggie applies EMDR, mindfulness techniques, wellness and recovery, emotional awareness, and motivational interviewing to her therapy practice. She will work with you to recognize your anxiety, realize you have choices, and support you in actualizing your goals.
Her approach is strengths-based and authentic; creating a safe space to overcome obstacles and empower you to live your best life.
