About me
I’m a fifty two year old woman who has been in the field for many years . I have partnered with many Moms, Dads , Children and young adults. I’m so committed to holding your distress with you and exploring what transformation means to you.
Some of my training helps me use techniques from: Trauma sensitive approaches ( EMDR, ARC, Infant Mental Health lenses for children and families with children 0-6, Perinatal/ Postnatal Depression and Anxiety, Birth Trauma). I also use skills from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, CBT , Sand Tray Play Therapy, Reflective Consultation around employment relationships. I have partnered with Clients from an array of social identifiers ( Culture, race, economic , gender, size, spiritual affiliation). I have additional training in mindfulness/meditation, self- care to reduce stress, Complicated Grief therapy. I have completed Child Parent Psychtherapy Training and have helped families find hope and healing after trauma, stress and loss.
