About me
Hi, I'm Margaret or "Maggie"! I provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can process painful experiences, develop effective coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. I understand that trauma affects everyone differently, and I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, goals, and pace. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and focused on helping you feel empowered throughout the healing process.
I work with adults & emerging adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, and challenges related to life transitions. Together, we will explore patterns that may be rooted in past experiences, build resilience, and create new pathways toward healing and growth.
Healing is not about forgetting what happened, it’s about reclaiming your life from the impact of those experiences. I believe therapy can be a powerful opportunity to rediscover your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with greater confidence, peace, and purpose.
