About me
I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and trauma. I enjoy working with ages 5 to 70 who struggle navigating everyday life. I am also experienced in working with couples and family therapy.
I have advanced training in Motivational Interviewing, IFS, EMDR, TF-CBT, ACT, and as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. These advanced trainings give me the tools needed to help my clients who are struggling with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship problems, women issues, men issues and family issues. I am passionate about helping others find their voice after struggling with a traumatic event or just having a difficult time navigating everyday life.
