About me
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with over 15 years of professional experience in community behavioral health, college counseling centers and private practice. I have focused my career on helping clients with managing daily stress, overcoming relationship issues or family conflicts, increasing motivation and improving self-esteem and confidence. I am trained in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Therapy (DBT) to support and help individuals who are experiencing anxiety or depression. I work with my clients in an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey! I look forward to working with you!
