About me
I practice Existential Integrative Therapy. The underlying premise is a non-reductive humanist approach emphasizing each person's as-lived experience as unique and, generative of growth. More simply, I work with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, family, school & work issues. Another goal is to encourage and develop personal growth.
From my perspective, therapy is an opportunity to discover the root causes of suffering, no matter the estrangement or divide we confront. To effect transformation, interrupting dysfunction, seeking to reintegrate 'self' within the whole person seems organic and germane to me. To achieve this outcome requires us to approach your unique and underlying experience as necessary to accomplish understanding and self-awareness, a space in which we can reflect on the nature of our humanity. This practice creates the opportunity for understanding our human condition, healing and growth.
