About me

I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe an honest and open therapeutic relationship is the foundation of success in therapy. I work to provide and trusting and consistent relationship with clients to explore feelings and develop coping strategies. With 20+ years of experience and training in several modalities of therapy, I provide a safe environment that is designed to help facilitate healing and change. I feel that therapy is a unique partnership that focuses on your personal goals and objectives. My ability to active engage individuals in the change process through talk, play, and art therapies contributes to working out long-term solutions.

I have extensive experience working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, adults, and families. I provide individual and family therapy working with individuals of all ages and ethnicities. I specialize in ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).I was recently trained with several courses in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and became an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider.
