About me

I am an experienced pre-licensed therapist specializing in helping clients who suffer with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.

Life’s struggles can leave us feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck—but you don’t have to face them alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space where your experiences are honored, your emotions are validated, and your strengths are celebrated. My approach is rooted in body-positivity, compassion, and deep respect for your unique story.

Together, we’ll gently uncover the tools to break free from negative thought loops, self-doubt, and emotional hurdles—so you can move toward the life you truly want. Using evidence-based techniques like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy, we’ll help you cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and lasting change.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am completing my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. As a pre-licensed counselor under supervision, I receive guidance from AZBBHE-approved supervisors Diana Canfield, M.S., LPC, and Virginia Kuhn, M.A., LPC, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.

Let’s Build a Meaningful Future
I believe that healing isn’t just about overcoming challenges—it’s about rediscovering your strength and creating a life that feels fulfilling. When you thrive, our communities thrive too. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

You're welcome here. Your journey toward hope and freedom begins now.
