About me
Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from who we want to be. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or patterns from the past that continue to affect life today. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of thinking, coping, and relating to others. My desire is for you to feel heard and supported as you gain greater understanding of yourself, experience meaningful change, and walk in healing and wholeness.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with psychoanalytic principles to address both present concerns and deeper patterns shaped by past experiences. Together, we can identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, explore what may be beneath them, and develop practical tools that support lasting change, growth, and healing.
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel difficult, and you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. I strive to offer a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported without judgment. Wherever you are in your story, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next steps toward healing and wholeness.
