About me
Manda invites collaboration from the start and values ongoing feedback as you work together.
Manda is a graduate of Simmons University and has experience working in both primary care and virtual therapy settings. With an undergraduate degree in anthropology, she truly enjoys getting to know people from all backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. Manda specializes in treating anxiety and OCD and is certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She also supports clients navigating depression, major life changes, and relationship challenges. Her style is relaxed and personable, and she loves incorporating humor into sessions when it feels right. As a big animal lover, Manda always welcomes pets to join sessions—on camera or curled up nearby!
Manda tailors her approach to each client’s preferences and comfort level. While she tends to offer a bit of structure, she believes therapy should feel like it fits you, not the other way around. Some clients enjoy homework and reviewing it together; others prefer a more free-flowing session—and both are completely okay. Whether you like a clear plan, a flexible conversation, or something in between, Manda will check in regularly to make sure sessions feel supportive and helpful.
If you’re looking for more directed, solution-focused work, she’s happy to guide the process. Prefer a more open, traditional talk-therapy style? That works too. Manda invites collaboration from the start and values ongoing feedback as you work together. She also loves using data and progress measures when clients find them helpful—but they’re always optional. Above all, Manda’s goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to grow in a way that feels right for you.
