About me
I am an experienced mental health provider with a doctorate degree in social work and a clinical license in social work. I treat a range of general mental health needs to include depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, grief, and much more. If you are going through a rough patch in life and need support, myself and a diverse group of providers have unique skills to help you get through it. If life is going well, and you want to keep it that way, there is always value in sustaining that wellness by periodically having check-ins with a professional to stay on track.
As a military spouse, mother, business woman, and educator, I can relate to the ever-changing challenges related to wearing multiple hats and tackling multiple responsibilities. If you are seeking individual therapy, family therapy, or support for your organization, I can assist you in reaching your potential and building a healthy foundation for you or your team. I am a licensed clinician by trade, however I am also a program manager for the Department of Defense (DoD) and spend my free time teaching/mentoring masters level social worker students. My diverse skill set enhances my ability to connect with, and better understand my clients throughout their treatment. I also have 4 other providers who offer telehealth services to support you if I am not available or if you are looking for someone who specializes in other areas I may not.
