I’m Mallory, a trauma therapist with 8 years of experience helping women heal from the effects of toxic relationships with partners and family, guiding them toward emotional recovery and empowerment.

I’m Mallory, a trauma therapist who helps clients process and heal from the effects of trauma through Emotion-Focused and Trauma-Focused Therapy. My approach is centered on helping you understand what happened to you, how it has affected your life, and supporting you in rebuilding emotional strength and resilience. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you heal, regain a sense of control, and move forward with a deeper sense of peace and clarity.
