About me
I work with individuals and couple dealing with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, divorce, bereavement, educational difficulties, anger management and parenting challenges. I have also helped clients facing some of life’s most difficult transitions. If you are looking for a therapist who is compassionate, empathetic, an excellent listener and motivated to assist you in your journey of healing and change, then I may be your person. Finding a therapist who fits your needs is so very important and building that relationship of trust and respect is vital in the therapeutic process. My approach to therapy is client centered. You are your own expert.
I want to help you find meaning and fulfillment in your life—there is hope, and change is possible. I offer compassionate, personalized therapy and coaching for adults navigating divorce, parenting challenges, or the struggle to rediscover themselves in the midst of major life transitions.
I take the time to get to know you and through deep, judgment-free conversations I work to understand where you are and what you need. I help you by identifying the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped your journey and I work with you to rebuild confidence, purpose, and connection—so you can create a life that feels truly your own.
I offer a safe, inclusive space, evidence-based approaches, and experienced, compassionate care so you can strengthen your relationships through couples counseling, navigate the complexities of parenting with confidence, or move forward after divorce with clarity and self-assurance.
Helping people reconnect with themselves is my mission. I will help guide you to heal from past relationships and circumstances, strengthen your role as a parent, and build a future that aligns with your values and desires.
