About me
I am an experienced therapist who offers a safe, comfortable space to express openly, build insight, develop practical tools, and move towards the life you want with greater confidence and clarity.
I am a licensed therapist in California with more than twenty years of experience supporting teenagers, adults, and older adults as they navigate complex emotional challenges. I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for the past six years and have provided individual and group therapy across diverse settings, including juvenile hall, county jails, and state prison environments. I offer therapy in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu to ensure culturally responsive access for the communities I serve.
My extensive clinical work has equipped me to support individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, sex and pornography addiction, substance use and anger related concerns. I am committed to creating therapeutic spaces that honor everyone’s cultural background, and personal journey.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrating psychoeducation and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) principles to deepen insight and strengthen emotional resilience. This integrative approach helps address immediate symptoms while also exploring the relational patterns and emotional experiences that shape them. I believe in collaborative healing where the individuals remain the expert of their own story and I serve as a steady, supportive guide.
My practice is grounded in evidence based treatment modalities, ensuring that the individuals receive effective, compassionate, and individualized care. My goal is to help individuals move toward the life they want with a renewed sense of possibility.
