About me
I'm a therapist with two decades of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work is deeply grounded in a commitment to helping people heal from trauma, navigate relationship complexities, and build meaningful connections with themselves and others.
As a Certified Trauma Professional with specialization in working with traumatic responses, abuse, grief, family conflicts, and addiction-related concerns. In addition, I offer Regain (Couples Counseling). I also support clients exploring intimacy, self-love, communication, and forgiveness. My approach honors the full spectrum of human experience—from workplace stress and financial concerns to life transitions, identity questions, and end-of-life matters.
I'm particularly passionate about working with ALL THOSE WHO SEEK AN UNDERSTANDING AND TAKE STEPS INTO HEALING THEMSELVES. Older adults and communities are navigating grief and loss, adjustment issues, medical complications, and concerns and experiences of discrimination. I also welcome clients from military backgrounds, first responders, and those managing chronic health challenges or disabilities.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening with genuine care, and helping you access your own wisdom and resilience. Whether you're processing loss, rebuilding after betrayal, or seeking greater clarity about your life's direction, I'm here to support your journey with authenticity and respect.
Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you.
