I am a seasoned mental health therapist who offers counseling to adults struggling with a wide variety of mental health issues. I have a special interest in addiction, Adult ADHD, womens issues, trauma and mindfulness and somatic therapies.

I provide professional counseling online using a tele-med platform to clients 25 and over who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and marital issues and life transitions. It is easy to lose sight of what is vital to your well-being, serenity and happiness - when spending your life energy doing what needs to be done. Sometimes this becomes clear only when you feel you have lost your way, hit a wall, or are suddenly faced with a difficult life transition. This can be a painful, lonely and overwhelming place and it feels like a crisis. In those times, all that is required is to take one small step at a time.
I offer a safe space to work through your difficulties in a non-judgmental, compassionate, empathetic, and authentic way. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strength-based as we work toward lightening the physical, emotional and spiritual heaviness you may be carrying. I have been providing counseling services for 25 years.
